Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies published on 4556bd.net.

Eligibility & Registration

Access to the 4556bd platform and registration of an account is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all of the following conditions are met and remain met for the entire duration of your account's operation.

Outdated contact information may result in delays in account services.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all gaming and betting activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 4556bd platform are supplied by verified, reputable third-party Game Providers. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4556bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent documents during KYC, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of deception to obtain funds or bonuses from 4556bd.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or using more than one account on 4556bd, or facilitating access by a third party to circumvent account restrictions or self-exclusion measures.

• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to generate profit. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided. You must report errors to 4556bd support immediately upon discovery.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language or conduct toward 4556bd support staff or other players in any in-platform communication channel.

Account Closure & Suspension

Account closure may be initiated by the Player voluntarily or by 4556bd under the circumstances described in these Terms.

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting the 4556bd support team via in-platform live chat or by emailing support@4556bd.net. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and the remaining Real Money Balance returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC clearance. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from a temporary cooling-off period to a permanent self-exclusion. • 4556bd-Initiated Closure: 4556bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in any Restricted Activity as defined in Section 7; (c) KYC verification has not been satisfactorily completed within the required timeframe; (d) there is evidence of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive account activity; or (e) regulatory or legal obligations require it.
• Balance on Closure: Where an account is closed by 4556bd due to a material breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation, and may be forfeited in cases where prohibited conduct is confirmed. Where closure is for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, the Real Money Balance will be returned via the registered payment method.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy charge is applied. 4556bd will make reasonable attempts to return funds from dormant accounts to players who subsequently contact the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4556bd's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows.

• Maximum Liability: Where liability cannot be fully excluded, 4556bd's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4556bd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and Game Provider partners from and against any claims, damages, penalties, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the platform in violation of applicable law.

Amendments & Governing Law

4556bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the 4556bd platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Where amendments are material, 4556bd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with 4556bd's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 4556bd with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
• Language: These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
• Waiver: A failure by 4556bd to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and expressly stated to be a waiver by 4556bd.
